Graduating from the Culinary Academy was an awesome achievement for me. The program is a well-kept secret here in Mid-Missouri. I earned a healthy respect for all formally trained and trained-by-fire chefs, cooks, and bakers working in hot kitchens everywhere. I believe the Culinary arts is just as creative as the fine art world and possibly needs more creativity.
