For five years I worked full-time as the co-owner of the faux finish and mural company Forget Me Not Walls of Mid-Missouri.
The Gooding Cafe was one of our favorite projects. Phil Gooding lost his wife to cancer and redecorated his home's entryway to match the Tuscan streets he traveled with his wife just a few years before her death. Our client knew exactly what he wanted and we gave him exactly what he wanted.
For a successful project, an attention to detail is necessary, however I believe listening to your client is the most important part of customer service. Customers usually know what they want but rarely can express it without the right questions. – Charla Fashing
